TRIVIA: Dum Dum Pops were created in 1924 – did you know that a mystery flavor is included in every bag? This flavor usually consists of 2 flavors – a result of switching from one flavor to another on the production line. The Ring Pop has its origins in the disco year….introduced in 1977. Many celebrities have sported the sugary gem! A Hershey Kiss! Invented in 1907—for the first fourteen years of its existence, packaging had to be done by hand…one at a time! Wrapping machinery was developed in 1921.
